मोक्षमार्गप्रकाशक (Mokshamarg Prakashak) is one of the most celebrated and profound scriptures of the Digambara Jain tradition, written by the great scholar Pandit Todarmal in the 18th century (around 1760s). It is considered an "encyclopedia of Jainism" because of its logical, analytical, and easy-to-understand approach to complex spiritual truths. Key Highlights: Author: Pandit Todarmal Ji, a revolutionary scholar from Jaipur who mastered Prakrit and Sanskrit and translated deep concepts into the common language of the people (Dhoondhari/Hindi). Structure: The book is divided into 9 Chapters (Adhikars). Unfortunately, Pandit Todarmal passed away before completing it; the text ends abruptly in the middle of the 9th chapter. Objective: As the name suggests, its purpose is to "illuminate" (Prakashak) the "path to liberation" (Mokshamarg) by removing ignorance and misconceptions (Mithyatva).
